Morgantown, W. Va. (October 29, 2009) - Racer Productions, producers of the America's largest off-road racing series, have announced the dates for the 2010 Can-Am Grand National Cross Country Series. Locations for the 13-round tour will be announced shortly, but in general the dates and locations will closely follow the highly-successful 2009 tour. In 2009, the GNCC Series saw an increase in rider entries in 11 of 13 rounds.

Morgantown, WV (May 6, 2009) - Race officials from the Can-Am Grand National Cross Country Series have announced revisions to the results based on penalties in the XC1 Pro ATV class from Saturday's Weekend Warrior Titan GNCC. During the race, officials became aware of three riders venturing outside of the allotted 25-feet from the course marker arrows during a section of the first lap on racing. The Racer TV crew captured the section on video, and the video was studied at the track on race day. Morgantown, W.Va. (April 15, 2009) -- The Maxxis General GNCC ATV race on Racer TV will debut on Saturday, April 18, 2009 on the Versus Network at 2:30 p.m. EST. Don't miss GNCC Racing action as it travels to Washington, GA for round two of the series at the Aonia Pass MX. Pro and Amateur ATV riders compete in the distinctive Georgia red clay, with stars like Bill Ballance, Chris Borich, Bryan Cook, Adam McGill and Taylor Kiser battling for the win. The half-hour show
will re-air on Tuesday, April 21st at 4 p.m. EST on Versus.

Morganton, NC (March 21, 2009) -- Derisi Racing's Bryan Cook battled a determined pack of contenders to win the 2009 FMF Steele Creek GNCC in his home state of North Carolina, in round three of the 2009 Can-Am Grand National Cross Country Series. The race proved that this season could be anyone's year to take the GNCC Championship, as what can best be described as a "freight train of 12 riders" battled neck and neck for a podium win.

Morgantown, W. Va. (March 18, 2009) -- Racer TV, the host program of the Can-Am Grand National Cross Country Series, returns to the Versus Network to cover the 2009 GNCC Series this April. The new season will mark the 9th year of GNCC Racing airing on television, and for the first time ever, the GNCC races will be broadcast in High Definition.

WASHINGTON, GA (March 7, 2009) -- Rockstar Makita Suzuki's Chris Borich battled past a deep pack of contenders to win the Maxxis General GNCC, round two of the 2009 Can-Am Grand National Cross Country Series. The race demonstrated the depth of this year's championship field, as well as Borich's determination to take this year's title. Yamaha's Taylor Kiser, FRE KTM's Adam McGill, and Warnert Can-Am's Chris Bithell were in the hunt for the win, but on the last lap Borich pulled through.

 

LAKE WALES, FL (March 1, 2009) -- Alva, Florida's Taylor Kiser started the 2009 Can-Am Grand National Cross County Series in dream fashion by notching his first career win at the season opening River Ranch GNCC in Lake Wales, Florida. Kiser, who finished the 2008 tour ranked sixth in the final standings, topped Rockstar Yoshimura Suzuki's Chris Borich and FRE KTM's Adam McGill on a rough, dry, sandy race track at the West Gate River Ranch Resort.
